For the purposes of this project, the province of Quebec was considered its own region in order to offer full services in French. This also allowed the program to adequately reach French-speaking communities across Canada.​

For over five years, Laurie has chosen to use her passion for event planning and program management to help sports and recreation organizations offer positive experiences to individuals. Through the Green Jobs Initiative, Laurie supports organizations to develop and enhance their connection between people and nature.

Bilingual Partner

The Réseau Accès Participation (RAP) team strongly believes in sports and recreation benefits. They work with french-speaking populations and organizations to help them access resources and grant programs that will allow them to be delivered to francophone communities in Canada.

The Green Jobs Initiative is a fully bilingual project. Thanks to a strong partnership with Réseau Accès Participaction (RAP), CPRA was able to successfully communicate and deliver this project across Canada to both English and French speaking communities.
